The report is approximately 2-3 A4 pages and is available as an option (¥3,000). The report format can also be customized to your preferences.
How is the rental butler's 'transportation assistance' different from a chauffeur service?
The rental butler's transportation assistance is performed solely as part of the butler service and does not constitute a chauffeur service under traffic law. It is ancillary to the butler's primary duties — personal care, schedule management, and guest reception — and helps facilitate the client's travel. This is legally distinct from a 'chauffeur service' that drives the client's own vehicle.
What is the minimum booking time for the secretary stand-in?
The secretary stand-in service is available from a minimum of 3 hours. You can flexibly book for just half a day, before and after a meeting, or only during guest reception hours. Extensions are available in 1-hour increments (¥2,500/h). For regular use, we can also propose cost-effective plans.
Can you handle highly confidential meetings and seminars?
Yes, absolutely. All staff sign NDA agreements and we maintain strict control over confidential business information. We have extensive experience attending seminars and meetings on behalf of clients in highly sensitive industries such as finance, healthcare, and law.

How does the pricing work?
Seminar & lecture attendance stand-in starts at ¥8,000 for 2 hours (extension ¥2,000/h), secretary stand-in starts at ¥15,000 for 3 hours (extension ¥2,500/h), and rental butler starts at ¥24,000 for 3 hours (extension ¥4,000/h). Business attire, age, and appearance specifications are free of charge. Foreign language support (from ¥5,000) and seminar report preparation (¥3,000) are charged separately. Quotes are free, so please feel free to contact us.
Can you attend seminars in rural areas on my behalf?
Yes, we cover all 47 prefectures across Japan. With registered staff in each region, we can arrange local staff for seminars and lectures in rural areas, significantly reducing transportation costs.
Can you handle urgent requests?
Yes, arrangements as fast as next-day are possible. Leveraging our network of 5,000 staff nationwide, we do our best to accommodate urgent requests. However, availability depends on staff schedules, so for important engagements, contacting us as early as possible ensures we can secure the right person.
Are there any services you cannot provide?
The following services are not available: guarantor stand-ins (for leases, employment, personal guarantees, etc.), signing or stamping contracts or documents, legal actions (settlement negotiations, litigation representation, legal advice), mediation of financial disputes (debt collection, alimony negotiations, damage claims), impersonation at government offices, and impersonation of licensed roles (doctors, lawyers, tax accountants, etc.). We also decline any requests involving illegal activities or acts contrary to public order. Please note that the rental butler's transportation assistance is part of the butler service and is not a chauffeur service.
