You may prepare your own, but we also offer a packing materials option (¥3,000). We bring the necessary boxes, cushioning, tape, and more.
Can you handle disposal of unwanted items?
We help sort unwanted items during the process, but do not handle actual disposal. We can advise on disposal methods.
Can you handle the moving-out work on moving day?
Our packing service specializes in packing only. Please use a moving company for transport. We ensure smooth coordination with movers through labeling.
Can I request female staff?
Yes, female staff can be requested at no additional charge. Women living alone can use our service with peace of mind.
Can you handle urgent requests?
Yes, we accommodate urgent requests as flexibly as possible. However, staff availability may limit some dates, so please contact us as early as possible.
