Our service specializes in everyday monitoring and companionship that falls outside long-term care insurance coverage. No care certification is required to use our services. We provide "small everyday support" such as walking escorts, shopping assistance, and conversation companionship -- things that formal care services often do not cover. Our service can also be used alongside existing care services.

We select staff with extensive experience communicating with seniors. We carefully choose individuals who excel at active listening and observation and who can offer warmth and attentiveness. You may also specify preferred age range and gender. All staff members have signed confidentiality agreements, and we strictly manage personal information.

Yes, as a general rule, the same staff member will continue to serve. Having a different person each time can be stressful for seniors, so we prioritize consistency to build a trusting relationship. If a substitute is needed due to sudden illness or other circumstances, we will notify you in advance.

Hospital accompaniment is provided as a representative of our agency. We cannot impersonate a family member (such as providing consent as family or responding to doctors as a relative). We assist with travel, wait together in the waiting room, pick up prescriptions, and take notes on consultations -- all in the capacity of an agency representative. Thank you for your understanding.

We accompany clients to government offices, banks, post offices, insurance companies, and similar institutions, and help explain and organize documents. However, we cannot sign or stamp documents on the individual's behalf, perform legal acts (such as executing contracts as a proxy), or sign as a guarantor. Our support is strictly within the scope of accompaniment and guidance.

We regret that we cannot perform medical acts (injections, medication management, medical procedures, etc.) or nursing care acts (bathing assistance, toileting assistance, physical care, etc.). Our service specializes in monitoring, companionship, and escort support. If medical or nursing care is needed, please use specialized care services or visiting nursing care.

The cost of ongoing use varies depending on the frequency and type of service. For example, we can propose a flexible plan to match your situation, such as weekly home visits (2 hours) or daily phone wellness checks. Please tell us about your situation first, and we will suggest the best plan and provide an estimate.

Yes, we will accommodate urgent requests to the best of our ability. For emergency requests such as "They are not answering the phone -- please check on them," we arrange staff as quickly as possible depending on availability. We also offer an emergency rush option for clients with ongoing contracts.

Yes, you can choose your preferred frequency -- daily, three times a week, once a week, and so on. Each call is approximately 15 minutes. You can also specify the day of the week and time of day. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your needs.
