ELDERLY CARE & MONITORING
Delivering peace of mind, even from afar. Our caring staff watch over your elderly loved ones.
Our staff regularly visit and watch over the daily lives of elderly family members on behalf of families who live far away. We offer a wide range of services including home check-in visits, walking escorts, hospital accompaniment, shopping assistance, conversation companionship, and phone wellness checks.
We specialize in everyday monitoring and companionship that falls outside the scope of long-term care insurance. With photo reports sent to family members after each visit, you can rest easy even from a distance. We fill the gaps left by formal care services and support seniors in their daily lives.

Professional
ELDERLY CARE & MONITORING
We offer seven services: home check-in visits, walking escorts, hospital accompaniment, shopping assistance, administrative errand support, conversation companionship, and phone wellness checks.
After each visit, we send a photo report to family members. Even from far away, you can see how your loved one is doing and feel reassured.
To help seniors feel at ease, the same staff member continues to serve them. This builds trust and creates a system where even subtle changes are noticed.
Our professional stand-in service can solve these challenges.

You cannot visit home often due to work or family obligations. Your parent says "I'm fine" on the phone, but you cannot tell if they are truly well. The anxiety that they could collapse with no one to notice never goes away. In Japan's aging society, the number of seniors living alone grows every year, and the concern of families living far away is deeply felt.

Your elderly parent goes to the hospital alone. Their legs are getting weaker and you worry about falls. You are not sure if they fully understand the doctor's explanations or properly manage their medication. You want to accompany them but cannot take time off work. Every regular checkup fills you with concern.

Your parent used to shop for themselves, but lately they have started avoiding going out. They say they cannot carry heavy bags and their legs hurt, so they tend to stay indoors. You worry about whether their nutrition is balanced and if they have enough daily necessities. Prolonged isolation also raises concerns about cognitive decline.

Pension procedures, insurance renewals, various applications -- complex paperwork is a heavy burden for elderly parents. They need to visit the counter in person, but going alone makes them anxious. If only there were someone to accompany them and help organize the explanations.

After losing a spouse and as friends pass away, there is no one left to talk to on a daily basis. Living with only the television for company, cognitive decline becomes a real worry. Just talking with someone can lift their spirits, yet that "someone" is missing. Social isolation has serious effects on both physical and mental health.

When they do not answer the phone one day, you immediately worry something may have happened. With no one nearby they can rely on, emergency response could be delayed. If only there were someone who could check on them regularly. You wish for a system that enables early detection in case something goes wrong.
Our stand-in services can be utilized in a wide variety of events and situations.

We visit their home at your preferred frequency -- once a week, twice a month, and so on. We check whether they seem well, if anything in their living space has changed, and whether they are taking their medication. After each visit, we send a photo report to the family so you can feel at ease even from afar.

We accompany seniors on walks to the neighborhood park, outings to hobby circles, and more. While providing fall-prevention support, we help them rediscover the joy of going out through pleasant conversation. Moderate exercise and sunlight contribute to maintaining both physical and mental well-being.

From travel assistance to waiting-room companionship and picking up prescriptions, we accompany seniors to the hospital as a representative of our agency. We can also take notes on the consultation and report to the family. We do not impersonate family members.

We accompany seniors to the supermarket or shopping street and help carry heavy bags. By selecting items together, they can choose products to their own taste. It also serves as a good reason to get out of the house.

We accompany and support seniors at government offices, banks, post offices, insurance companies, and other institutions. We stand by them at the counter, helping to explain procedures and organize documents as needed. We cannot sign or stamp documents on the individual's behalf.

"I want to tell someone about my day." "I wish someone would listen to my old memories." Simply being there and listening is enough to lift a senior's spirits. Our trained listeners warmly serve as conversation companions, helping to prevent social isolation.

We call at your preferred frequency -- daily, three times a week, once a week, etc. -- to check on their well-being. We listen to their health concerns and any difficulties, then report to the family. If they do not answer, we have a system in place to notify the designated emergency contact.

We accompany seniors to local culture centers, libraries, lessons, and other hobby destinations. Beyond travel support, we stay by their side during activities, helping them continue to participate in social life.

Our caring staff begin watching over your loved one
"I am on an overseas assignment and have asked for monitoring visits for my mother. After each of the twice-weekly visits, I receive a photo report via LINE. Every time I see my mother smiling in the photos, I feel relieved. The staff always adds a kind note like "Your mother was in great spirits today," which means so much. My mother apparently says, "I look forward to the days when she visits." I am so glad I arranged this. Since the same staff member keeps coming, my mother has really opened up to her."
"I have arranged for accompaniment to my father's regular hospital visits. I was worried about him going alone since his legs have weakened, but the same staff member accompanies him every time, and he seems reassured. They also email me notes from the consultation, so I can stay informed about my father's health even from a distance. The accompaniment is as a representative of the agency, not as a family member, but that is perfectly sufficient. The 3-hour base plan is a great help since hospital wait times can be long."
"I have arranged daily morning phone wellness checks for my grandmother who lives alone. When you think of it monthly, the cost is quite reasonable, and simply calling each morning with a "Good morning" has made my grandmother livelier. She reportedly tells relatives, "I got my call again today -- it makes me so happy." When she did not answer one day and they contacted me, I was truly grateful (it turned out she was just in the garden). The peace of mind of knowing someone will check right away, even when nothing is wrong, is immense."
"After my mother hurt her knee, she started avoiding going out and was becoming increasingly reclusive, which worried me. I arranged weekly walking escorts and shopping accompaniment, and the staff have been wonderfully supportive. Gradually, my mother has started enjoying outings again. She now calls me cheerfully saying things like, "The sashimi was on sale at the supermarket today!" Her expression has brightened, and I am so grateful. The walks seem to have helped her regain some of her physical strength too."
Our service specializes in everyday monitoring and companionship that falls outside long-term care insurance coverage. No care certification is required to use our services. We provide "small everyday support" such as walking escorts, shopping assistance, and conversation companionship -- things that formal care services often do not cover. Our service can also be used alongside existing care services.
We select staff with extensive experience communicating with seniors. We carefully choose individuals who excel at active listening and observation and who can offer warmth and attentiveness. You may also specify preferred age range and gender. All staff members have signed confidentiality agreements, and we strictly manage personal information.
Yes, as a general rule, the same staff member will continue to serve. Having a different person each time can be stressful for seniors, so we prioritize consistency to build a trusting relationship. If a substitute is needed due to sudden illness or other circumstances, we will notify you in advance.
Hospital accompaniment is provided as a representative of our agency. We cannot impersonate a family member (such as providing consent as family or responding to doctors as a relative). We assist with travel, wait together in the waiting room, pick up prescriptions, and take notes on consultations -- all in the capacity of an agency representative. Thank you for your understanding.
We accompany clients to government offices, banks, post offices, insurance companies, and similar institutions, and help explain and organize documents. However, we cannot sign or stamp documents on the individual's behalf, perform legal acts (such as executing contracts as a proxy), or sign as a guarantor. Our support is strictly within the scope of accompaniment and guidance.
We regret that we cannot perform medical acts (injections, medication management, medical procedures, etc.) or nursing care acts (bathing assistance, toileting assistance, physical care, etc.). Our service specializes in monitoring, companionship, and escort support. If medical or nursing care is needed, please use specialized care services or visiting nursing care.
The cost of ongoing use varies depending on the frequency and type of service. For example, we can propose a flexible plan to match your situation, such as weekly home visits (2 hours) or daily phone wellness checks. Please tell us about your situation first, and we will suggest the best plan and provide an estimate.
Yes, we will accommodate urgent requests to the best of our ability. For emergency requests such as "They are not answering the phone -- please check on them," we arrange staff as quickly as possible depending on availability. We also offer an emergency rush option for clients with ongoing contracts.
Please refer to our cancellation policy for details on cancellations and refunds. If unavoidable circumstances arise, please contact us as soon as possible.
