We're sorry, but we cannot act as a guarantor (for leases, school enrollment, employment, personal identification, etc.). We also cannot sign documents or stamp seals, perform legal acts (settlement negotiations, legal representation, etc.), or mediate financial disputes. Please use our services for event attendance, ceremony participation, and phone stand-in roles.

For staff safety, when male clients use female staff, we cannot accommodate private or enclosed spaces such as your home, karaoke rooms, or private dining rooms. Public venues like cafes and restaurants are available. This restriction does not apply when female clients use male staff.

Male clients and female staff cannot share a taxi or vehicle. Across all services, female staff alone cannot ride in a client's car. If male staff are also present (e.g., stand-in parents as a pair), please consult us. Female clients may ride with male staff.

Yes, we cover all 47 prefectures across Japan. For distant locations, transportation costs apply, and accommodation fees if an overnight stay is needed. We have registered staff in each region, so arranging local staff can help reduce travel costs.

Yes, phone-only family stand-in service starts at ¥10,000 per call. We handle school communications, calls with relatives, check-in calls, and more. We'll gather your details beforehand and respond naturally.

Absolutely not. No charges beyond your initial estimate will ever apply. If an extension is needed, it's ¥2,500 per 30 minutes — stated upfront — and never billed without your consent. You can book with complete confidence.
