Are theme park tickets included?
No, theme park admission tickets are not included in the service fee. Please either prepare tickets for both yourself and the staff member, or cover the staff member's ticket cost. Please consult with us in advance.
Who covers the staff member's meal costs?
The staff member's meal costs within the theme park are to be covered by the client. This is separate from the service fee. Thank you for your understanding.
Do you cover theme parks other than Disney?
Yes, we cover major theme parks across Japan. Please let us know your preferred park, whether it's Universal Studios Japan, Nagashima Spa Land, Huis Ten Bosch, or others.
Can a male client request a female staff member to visit a theme park together?
Since theme parks are public outdoor facilities, male clients may request female staff members for accompaniment. However, being together in enclosed private spaces outside the park (such as in a car) is not permitted.
How many hours can the staff accompany me?
The base rate covers 3 hours, with extensions available in 30-minute increments (¥2,000/30 min). If you want to enjoy the park all day, we can accommodate accompaniment from opening to closing time.
Will my privacy be protected?
Absolutely. All staff members are bound by confidentiality agreements, and the fact or details of your usage will never be disclosed to any third party. Our staff will behave naturally as a friend or family member around others.
