Based on the order form you completed, we will send you a quotation for the service fees. Please review it at your convenience.
Our quotations include a detailed breakdown, so the cost per person for each service is clearly stated.
If the quote doesn't fit your budget, we can make adjustments such as reducing service hours or the number of staff. Please feel free to consult with us anytime.

Payment of service fees
The quotation includes bank transfer details. Please confirm the amount and complete payment within the designated deadline.

We will arrange staff matching the requirements you specified in the order form. We have over 5,000 registered stand-in staff nationwide, including many experienced professionals.
If a staff member happens to be someone you know, we will promptly replace them with another staff member, so please rest assured.

Ongoing coordination until the day of service
We will work together with you on additional details or changes to the request until the day of service.
To ensure flawless service delivery, we may ask additional questions if any information is missing. We appreciate your cooperation.

Service performed at the designated time and place
On the day of service, our stand-in staff will carry out their duties according to your order. They will arrive well before the start time to prepare.
Cases requiring meetup with client
Our staff may contact you on the day. Please note that calls will be made from a private number, so please ensure your phone is set to accept private/blocked calls in advance.
Cases not requiring meetup
Unless otherwise specified, we will not contact you.
If a pre-meeting is needed: It is also possible to meet with you beforehand on the day for a briefing before proceeding. Please feel free to discuss the day's arrangements with us.

We strictly protect the details of all client requests. We have signed rigorous non-disclosure agreements with all staff, and the disclosure of any acquired information to third parties or posting on social media is strictly prohibited.
Violations result in immediate contract termination, claims for damages, and legal action.
Your personal information is stored for a set period after service completion and then deleted. Staff assigned on the day are required to delete all emails received and photos taken for the assignment by the end of the same day.
