What kinds of housework can I request?
We handle all types of everyday housework including cleaning (rooms, bathrooms, toilets, kitchens), laundry, ironing, dishwashing, garbage disposal, organizing, and tidying up. We do not currently offer cooking services, but please feel free to ask about any other household tasks.
Can I request packing only for my move?
Yes, we accept packing-only requests. Packing, unpacking, and moving-day loading/unloading help can each be requested individually or as a set. We'll propose the best plan based on your situation.
Can I leave my house key with you?
If you prefer, we can hold your key and perform work while you're away. We maintain strict key management protocols to prevent loss or duplication. This is a popular option among clients using our recurring service.
Can I request a male or female staff member?
Yes, you can specify gender at no extra charge. Whether you're a woman living alone who prefers a female staff member, or you need a male staff member for heavy lifting — just let us know.
Can this replace a moving company?
No, our service is not a replacement for a moving company. We provide packing, unpacking, and loading/unloading "assistance" to be used alongside your moving company. We do not offer truck transport.
Pricing & Reservations
Will there be any additional charges?
Absolutely not. No charges beyond your initial quote will ever apply. If overtime occurs, the rate of ¥2,500 per 30 minutes is clearly stated in advance, and no charges are made without your consent. You can request our services with complete peace of mind.
Is there a minimum contract period for recurring use?
There is no minimum contract period. You can start, pause, or change the frequency at any time — whether it's once a week or twice a month. You're welcome to try a one-time session first and switch to a recurring plan if you're satisfied.
Can I cancel my booking?
Please refer to our cancellation policy for details on cancellations and refunds. If you have unavoidable circumstances, please contact us as early as possible.
How thorough is the packing service?
We handle packing of dishes, clothes, books, and miscellaneous items, cushioning fragile items with protective materials, labeling box contents, and organizing appliance cords. Large furniture disassembly is not included, but by combining with our moving assistance service, we can also support the loading process.
