Can the frequency of the regular visit plan be changed?
Yes, it can be changed at any time. You can start with once a week and flexibly increase to twice a week or reduce to twice a month depending on the situation. Please feel free to consult with us.
What if my parent refuses visits?
We can arrange visits under a natural pretext, such as a family acquaintance or volunteer. We suggest starting with short visits and gradually building trust. Complete confidentiality is maintained, so you can rest assured.
How are emergencies handled?
If a sudden health change or living environment abnormality is discovered during a visit, we immediately contact your registered emergency contact. Emergency services will be called if necessary. Procedures for no response at the intercom can be arranged in advance.
Is service available in rural areas?
Yes, we cover all 47 prefectures nationwide. Since we arrange locally based staff, high transportation costs are generally not an issue. For remote islands or mountainous areas, please consult with us individually.
