Our accompaniment service specializes in 'outing support.' Experienced staff accompany you in situations where going alone feels uncomfortable or where you need someone's help during an outing. While the friend for hire service focuses on creating a friendship dynamic, the accompaniment service provides practical, purpose-driven support for theme park visits, shopping trips, appointments, travel, and more.

Yes, our staff can accompany patients to hospital appointments as a representative of our agency. We provide waiting room companionship, reception desk assistance, and escort them home. However, please note that we cannot sit in on medical examinations or receive doctor's explanations as a family member. If you need someone to accompany an elderly family member to the hospital, please also check our Elderly Support Service portal.

We maintain strict confidentiality. Every staff member signs a non-disclosure agreement, and your request details and personal information are never shared with any third party. During accompaniment, our staff behave naturally so those around you are virtually unaware of the arrangement.

Absolutely. Women can use our service with complete peace of mind. You may request a female staff member. Please note that male clients are not permitted to use female staff in enclosed spaces (private residences, karaoke rooms, private rooms, vehicles, etc.). Our accompaniment service is based on public settings.

Staff admission tickets are covered by the client. Please either prepare tickets in advance or reimburse the actual cost if purchased on the day. Food, drinks, and any merchandise for the staff member at the park are also at the client's expense.

Yes, extensions are available in 30-minute increments at ¥2,000 per 30 minutes. Same-day extensions are possible if the staff member's schedule permits, so feel free to ask if you'd like to continue a bit longer. We also offer a full-day plan (8 hours for ¥25,000).

For cancellations and refunds, please refer to our cancellation policy. If you have unavoidable circumstances, please contact us as early as possible.

Yes, we can accompany you on trips anywhere in Japan. Since we have registered staff in every region, arranging local staff at your destination can help reduce transportation costs. Multi-day trips are also welcome — just let us know. Accommodation and travel expenses for staff are borne by the client, but we provide a full cost estimate in advance.
