Flower and incense arrangement is available as an option (¥3,000). You can specify the deceased's favorite flowers or request seasonal arrangements. If you have offerings to provide, you can send them to us in advance.
The grave location is hard to find — is that okay?
We gather the cemetery address, plot number, and landmarks in advance to ensure we locate the grave. For the first visit, we allow extra time, so please rest assured.
How will the photo report be delivered?
We photograph before and after cleaning, as well as floral offerings, and send them via email or LINE. Multiple photos are provided including the overall view, close-ups of the headstone, and the offering arrangement.
Can I use this service regularly?
Yes, you can use the service at your preferred frequency — monthly anniversaries, biannual Obon and Ohigan, annual death anniversaries, and more. The same staff can continue handling your visits.
Can you do professional headstone cleaning or repair?
Our service covers standard cleaning (washing, weeding, leaf cleanup). For professional headstone cleaning or repairs, we can refer you to specialist companies. Please feel free to consult us first.
